Bench Ovens
These are basically cabinet or bench ovens which can be classified as small batch equipments.

A Heavy Duty Bench is designed for higher load cycles, and is available in various sizes, suitable for longer dwell times at higher temperatures, and greater production volumes at higher production rates. These ovens have design variants in which heat can be supplied through either electricity or natural gas, while working temperature ranges from 650 °F to 1,000 °F. These basically are laboratory ovens with a floor stand, a structural rack with shelf assembly.

Print Plate Ovens
These ovens deliver energy to the plate at an optimum rate with a balanced and synchronized air flow rate. This further reduces annealing and warping, and provides exceptional uniformity in cured workpieces.

These ovens offer broad range of combinations for processing various plate types due to the featured functionality of precisely varying time and temperatures.

The constant conveyor speed and excellent uniformity allows each plate to be exposed to identical conditions.

The conveyor oven provides a continuous flow of properly cured plates as they can be loaded and cured simultaneously.

Precise Control
The convective air heat transfer system removes undesirable radiant heat. A thermocouple based direct proportional instrument functions instantaneously to recirculated air temperature changes. The undesirable processes such as, over-absorption or under-cure are eliminated.

Gas Catalytic Heaters
These are gas operated Infra Red heaters that operate through propane or natural gas supply, which produces infrared heat in an intense, and flameless process. Gas catalytic infrared heater design enhances the working temperature to 1700°F, which lowers heating times to increase the productivity, decreasing the floor space, and thus increasing process efficiency as a whole.
